Beautiful Beach Weddings wins Two ABIA Awards
For the second year running, Beautiful Beach Weddings was awarded Queensland's Number One Wedding Stylists at the ABIA (Australian Bridal Industy Academy) Awards held at Royal on the Park in Brisbane.  BBW won the coveted gold star award with a rating of 99.46% voted by brides who have used their services for ceremony and reception styling.  "To win this award for the second time is such a thrill and we are honoured that our clients have voted for us" says Co-owner and Lead Stylist Nicole Ritchie.  "Our aim is to create a beautiful wedding day for every couple that invite us to style their wedding".  The sister duo, Nicole and Justine started their business as an online store and evolved to styling after requests from their customers. 
BBW Sales & Marketing Manger Justine Douglas confirms their core business values "We love working with our Brides and Grooms on their wedding day and our client service is paramount in everything we do. We love nothing more than seeing the reaction of couples and guests alike when they arrive to the ceremony location and at their reception. This is the most rewarding part of what we do".
Beautiful Beach Weddings also won Queensland's Number One Hire company for their "do-it-yourself" hire services they offer in SE Queensland. Their range of beautiful styling products for wedding ceremonies and receptions enables couples on a budget to realise their dream wedding setup.

Beautiful Beach Weddings Showroom Open
During the Christmas period we have been busy designing and renovating our downstairs shop area and are pleased to announce that our new showroom is officially opened for business!
We're open most weekdays but please check our website home page for opening hours, sometimes we have weekday weddings!
With over 800+ wedding accessories on display, you have the chance to come and look at all our products on offer and purchase whilst you're here. Most items are in stock in our warehouse.

Beautiful Beach Weddings voted Number 1 Decorator in Queensland 
At last night's ABIA (Australian Bridal Industry Academy) awards evening at Royal on the Park in Brisbane, we were thrilled to be awarded the Number 1 Decorator as voted by past brides.  This award category was highly contested and our rating of 98.7% for service and standards was enough to take home the winners plaque.  The last twelve months for us at Beautiful Beach Weddings has been an amazing growth period.  Originally starting as an online store in late 2008, we expanded into Ceremony Styling in early 2009 due to client demand.  "We listened to our customers needs, and they were keen to have our beautiful accessories but didn't want to do it themselves. That's when we realised that there was an opportunity in the current market to expand our service into styling." explains Justine Douglas, Sales & Marketing Manager.
From there our company continues to expand and now we offer a DIY hire service with over 200 white Americana chairs available and over 100 different centrepiece vases and accessories in our range.
Creative Director and designer of the BBW styling range Nicole Ritchie sums up "we love creating beautiful wedding setups and we will continue to design new options for our brides. The feedback we get on our styling range is inspiring, as is being there at the wedding to make sure everything is running perfectly. This is certainly our dream job!"

We've got style!
When the lovely team at Your Local Wedding Guide asked us to style their foyer and the stage area for their Gold Coast Expo we leaped at the chance to do it! With a huge audience of brides attending on the day, what a perfect opportunity for us to showcase our brand new ceremony styling products!  At Beautiful Beach Weddings we're committed to being innovative and creating new styling accessories for outdoor weddings and beautiful receptions.  Our divine new bamboo outdoor ceremony screen took pride of place on stage, along with our lovley timber podiums and shepherds hooks with lovely white rose balls. Our screen is available for hire with a huge range of backdrops available - shells, starfish, crystal beading, black organza & beads and the beautiful white screen as pictured here.
The foyer featured our gorgeous and very popular chocolate bamboo arbour and our lovely 4 metre stand had a snapshot of our ceremony DIY items and beautiful centrepieces.
It was such a wonderful day and we handed out loads of brochures, espeically our DIY hire ones!  We are looking forward to being a part of many beautiful weddings in the coming months.

Beautiful White Outdoor Carpet now available!
We always love increasing our range of beautiful options for your outdoor ceremony styling and we're thrilled to offer a beautiful white carpet runner that is specifically made for outdoor use. This 10 metre runner is great for parks, gardens and beach weddings and the best thing - you can use fresh petals on it!  We have two of them available so if you're in a location that requires a long aisle you can have a 20m version. We can't wait to show the 20m length off when we style Amy's wedding at the Botanical Gardens in September this year!

Beautiful Beach Weddings being inducted into ABIA
Beautiful Beach Weddings is proud to announce that we are completing our induction programe to become an official Australian Bridal Industy Academy member. It's a three year accreditation program and we pass through the levels based on the feedback that our brides give us. The ABIA awards are held nationally to recognise the leaders in service and quality within the bridal industry and it's the perfect way for brides to recognise excellent businesses within the industry!

Gold Coast - here we come!
See us at the Gold Coast Convention Centre for the "Your Local Wedding Guide" bridal expo. Our gorgeous arbour will be on full display at the entrance along with loads of wedding accessories in our giant 6 metre stand. Look out for our stunning oriental parasols and our lace and fabric parasols that are being used by the models in the fashion parades too.

Beautiful Beach Weddings exhibits at Sunshine Coast Expo
On Sunday we had an amazing 6 metre stand at “Your Local Wedding Guide” Maroochydore Bridal Expo. We met with hundreds of bride-to-be’s and talked about their beautiful beach weddings. We also decorated the stage with our Dark Bamboo Arbour and provided our gorgeous range of lace & fabric parasols and oriental coloured parasols to the models. What a great day!

Beautiful Beach Weddings supports Chicks in Pink!
 The wonderful team at Chicks in Pink are doing fabulous things for breast cancer patients at the Mater Hospital in Brisbane and we're huge supporters of them!  Today we styled 40 tables for their wonderful morning tea function at Gianni's Portside in Hamilton. We had four varieties of beautiful centrepieces, all with a pink theme - we loved creating them!  Show your support to our favourite charity www.chicksinpink.com

Our Beautiful Arbour is ready!
On Sunday we're thrilled to be able to unveil our gorgeous new Chocolate Bamboo Arbour that has been designed by BBW Creative Director, Nicole Ritchie and engineered to be a completely free-standing addition to your beach or park wedding. This arbour is adorned with stunning shimmering organza and flowers of your choice! Coming soon...a beautiful blonde version of this arbour!

Beautiful Beach Bride-to-be Bec Smallbane is the winner of our Sunshine Coast Bridal Expo competition - congratulations to Bec & Brad. Beautiful Beach Weddings is taking $250 of the total cost of their ceremony styling package for their upcoming wedding at Point Cartwright in November. We can't wait to help make their wedding a special one.

We're bursting at the seams
We've already grown out of our warehouse so we're moving! Beautiful Beach Weddings and sister company Groovy Glass will be moving to Unit 1 at 65 Meadow Avenue, Coopers Plains. The warehouse is double the size. As much as moving all of our beautiful stock is a difficult job, we are looking forward to spreading out and then making room for even more new beautiful products and a showroom as well!
